Musically Speaking – October 2018

Music Notes from Robin:

I am so glad to see the month of October arrive. September is a month that will long be remembered. Thanks be to God for all the blessings! Hopefully cooler and less dramatic weather will be another reason to be thankful.
 
October will hopefully be the month that lets the choirs settle into rehearsals. The Sarah Allen Handbell Choir and The Charles Wesley Choir will resume rehearsals on Wednesday, October 10, at 6:30 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. respectfully. The Children’s Choir and the Junior Handbell Choir will remain on schedule at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesdays as is noted in the bulletin.
 
Special selections are planned for October, including World Wide Communion Service on Sunday, October 7. Upcoming special services include Main Street’s All Saints’ Day Celebration on Sunday, November 14.
 
Please remember the Music Ministry in your prayers as we enter the final three months of this year.
